Be Prepared!

Scar is ready to strut his way into your home! He siblings from the Disney Villains have all been adopted and he is ready for his turn!
Scar is a feisty little pup that loves to play. He gets along great with other dogs, but he would do best with another young and playful dog. He does not always take the best direction on when to stop playing.
He is doing awesome with potty training and sleeps well at night. He also sits for his food. What a smart boy! Scar is 10 weeks old and will be ready to go home with a new family on the 11th!

Scar was a bottle baby who was raised by some wonderful bottle feeders with us after he was orphaned and was taken in by an animal control. He appears to be a Labrador mix, probably with a few other breeds in there too!

Our Applications Team will review and approve applications.

Sign Adoption Contract

Once approved and you agree the pet is right for you, sign the contract, pay the adoption fee and take your new family member home!

The Fayette County Humane Society (FCHS), staffed entirely by volunteers, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supported entirely by individual and corporate donations. Because we do not have a shelter, all of the animals we rescue live in temporary foster homes until they are adopted. We believe that all companion pets have intrinsic value and should be treated with the reverence and care they deserve.
