Betty (black) and Boop (white) are the yin and yang of cats. Given up when their previous owner moved, they are dedicated to each other and to making their next people very happy.
Affectionate Betty is a partial lap cat. She likes to cuddle beside her foster mom, resting her head and paws on her lap and gazing into her eyes while purring loudly. She enjoys daily naps perched up high or cuddled up in her bed or hidey box, or on a cozy blanket, and she gives fabulous kitty kisses while being brushed or pet. She even likes belly rubs. Her favorite toys are those she can bite, chew, and pull apart, and her favorite part of playtime is the snack afterwards. This full-figured feline is working on slimming down, so her next human should continue to assist her with safe and gradual weight loss. Her human should also be ready to provide her a little extra assistance with grooming/daily brushings.
When Boop likes to spend her days high on her cat tree or looking out the window. She, too, loves to be petted, sometimes sprawling on her back for belly rubs before curling up on her foster mom’s lap to sleep, purring away. Along with the occasional love nibble, she gives her namesake nose boops. And she loves to play hard! Boop enjoys chasing paper crinkle balls and jumping high to catch her feather wand. It’s a blast. She lets her foster mom know when she is finished playing by heading towards the treat station.
Betty and Boop are typically social, but sometimes they need their alone time. They will also need a patient adopter while they adjust to a new home. They would do best in a quiet to middle-energy household with teens and adults who can read their signs when they've had enough stimulation. Mainly, they are looking for affectionate humans who will make space for them on the couch and in their hearts.
