Billy is an 8 year old Russian blue, neutered. He is very sweet and loving. He loves to take lap naps and cuddle every chance he gets. He does well with cats and dogs and is very calm in nature. He can be timid around unfamiliar people and environments but tends to adapt fairly quickly.
