My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Henrietta is so fun and sweet! She is estimated to be about 11 months old and weighs 24 pounds.

Henrietta is a goofy, playful, and outgoing puppy who is ready to find her forever home. This little girl is full of energy and loves nothing more than a game of fetch or a nice walk in the park. She just loves toys too, so she is hoping her new family may have a basket of them for her. Henrietta is very affectionate and loves to be in your lap, she is the perfect companion for snuggling up on the couch and watching a movie. She is still very young, so she is just learning the ways of the world and will need lots of love, patience, and attention as she grows up. She would just blossom with some basic manners work and jumping up for attention. Henrietta’s adopter should also be familiar with the energy level and “all in” personality of a terrier mix. A home where any children are at least 8 years old is just what she needs.

If there is another nice doggy sibling in the home, Henrietta would love to meet them. She makes herself small and has a soft, friendly approach with other dogs. Then it is all wiggles, play and play-bows, so cute!

If you are interested in Henrietta and are at least 21 years old, please come to our kennel during business hours, make an appointment, or fill out an application at k9stray.com and an adoption counselor will be in touch. We look forward to helping you find your new best friend!

*Please check your lease agreements for breed/weight restrictions prior to applying. We also do not do cat testing, so we do not know how a dog will do with cats. Not all dogs are available to go home on the same day you first meet.*
