Hola! My name is Loca, and my journey to finding my forever home has been quite an adventure I started out on the streets of Honduras which was a tough place for a pup like me because of that I can be a little shy and timid at first. New people and places can be a bit scary and I might need some time to warm up and feel safe,
but don't let my initial shyness fool you! Once I get to know you I'm a real sweetheart🤍 I'm very loving and affectionate and I adore gentle scratches and quiet cuddles I have a moderate energy level so I enjoy a good walk or playtime but I'm also perfectly happy to relax by your side, I get along well with other dogs which is great because I love having furry friends to hang out with! What I really need in my forever home is patience and understanding I need someone who will give me the time and space I need to come out of my shell, with a little love, gentle encouragement and a whole lot of patience, I promise you'll see my true personality shine through! I'm just waiting for the right person to see the sweet loving girl I am come give me my Furrever home!

If you are interested in adopting a dog from us please visit our website adoptions page to complete an adoption application. at www.bdrr.org/adopt. This will help us make sure we find you the right dog to fit your situation and family. Once you have completed the application, we will contact you to let you know you have been approved and then you will be able to set up an appointment to come and meet dogs you are interested in. Our adoption fees range depending on the dog's breed, age and other factors.
