My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Chase is a 9 year old neutered male Black DSH.

Pumpkin is a 10 year old spayed female Calico DSH.

Both cats are declawed. They have always been together. They came into the Shelter very scared and nervous but are slowly adjusting to Shelter life. Both cats are said to be sweet and friendly once they have gotten to know you. Chase enjoys being brushed and Pumpkin likes to play with toys. Neither cat has dog experience. Both cats are in need of dentals which will be arranged and paid for by Volunteers For Animals.

Here is the adoption process:

To adopt an animal you must complete an application and be approved. There is a $60 fee for any animal which needs to be cash or a check - NO CREDIT CARDS. If the animal is not spayed or neutered, there is a $35 deposit which will be returned upon proof of surgery. All dogs must be licensed before leaving the Shelter. Please note that public offices that issue dog licenses are not open on Saturdays and Sundays. All cats must leave in a carrier.

Thank you for considering a homeless animal.
