My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Apply to Adopt Me!

Gizmo is a sweet and playful approx. 3-year-old possible Miniature Pinscher/Dachshund mix weighing 22lbs. He was saved from euthanasia at a shelter in Georgia just in the nick of time. This young boy gets along well with dogs and ignores cats, unless the cat runs then Gizmo will chase. He loves playing with other young, energetic pups, and when he has another dog to play with, his energy and fun come out! But he also knows how to chill and relax alongside his person. He has started playing with toys in his foster home.  He walks well on a leash, is house trained and crate trained, and is not a big barker. His foster mom says he is such a handsome boy, his photos just don't show how cute he is in real life!  He has not been around kids while with our rescue. Gizmo will be a wonderful addition to a family who will adore him and show him what true love is. If you live in the Orlando/Central Florida area and think you have the perfect home for sweet Gizmo, please complete and application and tell us more about your family.

More about this rescue

We are a small 501(c)3 dog rescue. We take owner surrenders and we pull from local shelters. We, like so many others, are just trying to make a difference.
