My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Larry and Moesha are a bonded pair (brother and sister) of relatively chill, friendly, young adult cats. They get along well with other cats and dogs. These two can often be found grooming each other (awww!) and/or cuddled up together. They also like to chase and play with each other at times, but will happily play with their humans as well! Larry (white and brown) is the more outgoing of the pair, often coming up to humans and dogs for pets and attention. Larry and Moesha seem to have enjoyed a 'snacks and couch potato' lifestyle for quite a while, as both are a bit chonky and could benefit from a little more exercise and a stricter diet, which they are working on in their foster home.

Approximate DOB: 2022

Foster Home Location: Milwaukee

If you are interested in adopting one of our wonderful cats or kittens, you can apply on our website: https://www.commcat.org/copy-of-adopt-a-bff

Please allow several days for us to process your application. We are a small, all-volunteer group and we are doing our best to work quickly! After the application is processed we will make arrangements for you to meet the cats that interest you. All of our cats and kittens are raised in our homes and live with us until they are adopted. They live with us as part of our families so we know them very well and we can help you find your perfect cat! Cats are rarely caged (only if its medically necessary) so you can visit with them and see how they act in a home.

Our adoption fees:

Kittens (under 6 months): $150 (or 2 for $225)

Adults (6 months to 7 years): $75 (or 2 for $100)

Seniors (8 years and up): $40 (or 2 for $60)

All cats are spayed or neutered, tested for FIV/FeLV, dewormed, vaccinated for rabies (if age appropriate) and distemper, and microchipped.

Go meet their pets

We are completely foster home based and do not cage our cats unless medically necessary. Because we are foster home based, we require an approved application on file and will then make arrangements for you to meet that special cat or kitten!

More about this rescue

We are a cat advocacy group dedicated to ending feline overpopulation in our area. Our purpose is to help owned and unowned cats in our area by facilitating high quality, high volume, low cost spay/neuter services; helping caregivers to find resources to keep and humanely care for their cats; and providing care to cats in need, especially those who may not find help elsewhere.
