Molly is a ten-year-old pit mix that spent the last several months to a year outside tied up with an old run down house for shelter, along with 6 other dogs. She’s super-sweet and loves people, but seems to be easily overwhelmed by dogs. We are unsure how she is with cats. She’s been spayed young, and I made sure to get her medical care. She pulls a bit on the leash at first but calms down and even sits on command. Despite her age, she acts like a huge puppy and is up for anything as long as she has a human with her!

All Mountain Pet Rescue (Asheville) animals are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro-chipped before adoption. Contact the foster parent or Mountain Pet Rescue at pets@mpravl.org for more information.
Please note that visual breed identification of companion animals has been proven to be unreliable, so for most of our animals we provide a best guess at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our animals as an individual and do our best to describe and place pets based on personality not breed label.
Mountain Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit tax deductible charity (EIN 82-3039637) located in Asheville, NC.
