Meet Dharma! Dharma is a rescue estimated to be about 8.5 years. Not much is known about her previous life except that she spent most of her early years being used for breeding at a puppy mill. She has been with me for just over 3 months. Unfortunately, some unexpected life events happened and I moved and started a new job, so I can no longer give Dharma the attention she deserves.
Dharma is very friendly. She has no problems around other dogs in the park or kids. When my 14 month old niece comes over, Dharma is very gentle. Also, a quiet dog, but she will bark and chase squirrels. Otherwise, she is pretty good on a leash. She has never shared a home with cats, but she has never chased or barked at the neighborhood cats she sees on her walks!
Dharma does well in a crate and for the most part is good in the house but could use some help. She will have the occasional accident in the house, but never in the crate.
Active dog, and would do well with a yard and regular attention.
