Meet Penny, she came to the rescue due to no fault of her own. When she first arrived she was a bit nervous and needed some help with confidence. Although shy, she was always happy to be around people!
With time and patience, Penny has started to come out of her shell as the sweet and playful puppy she deserves to be. She has a lot of energy and will benefit from an active routine and as her confidence grows, we will continue to see more of her sweet, loyal and silly disposition emerge that will make anyone fall in love with her instantly. Although she has made significant progress, she will continue to need reassurance and positive reinforcements from her forever home. She loves to play tag with her foster sisters, spending as much outdoor time as she can get, going for car rides and playing with anything that squeaks.
Penny would do great in a house with other dogs - especially one that can match her energy level, and with older kids. She is house broken, crate trained, spayed and up to date on all vaccines.
You must be over 21 and a home owner to adopt me. Please visit www.pittiesandpurrs.org to fill out an application. For further information contact adoptpitties@gmail.com
