Lap Cat Alert!!! Kid-, Bunny and Cat-Friendly!! Meet Ned. An adorable little guy that just wants to be someone’s everything. He was so desperate for love and attention when he got into his foster home that all he wanted to do was sleep in a lap or be the center of everyone’s attention. His foster mom thought he might have been in someone’s home and had gotten lost or abandoned before ending up with the rescue. He was so needy those first few days they ended up calling him Needy Ned.
Ned has now settled into his foster home and is the sweetest guy. He is your typical kitten that loves playing, exploring, and being silly. His favorite thing to do is to climb up onto your lap, work his way up to your chest, do a little nose bump and then spin himself around to get comfy before settling in for a nice nap. He will also relax on a nice fuzzy blanket next to you, just as long as he can be close to his favorite humans. He is also an avid bird watcher and enjoys sprinting around the house chasing laser beams.
Ned has a foster brother, Kazi (FCID# 02/28/2024 - 59), that he came with to the rescue. They are not siblings but were found at the same cat colony. They’ve been together since the beginning and have gone through a month of quarantine together due to a fungal infection and have been each other’s playmate and cuddle buddy through it all and have grown very close. Kazi is a shy little wallflower that would love to be adopted with Ned. He is nervous around people but loves his big foster brother and grows more confident every day with Ned by his side. Though Ned would be totally fine going to a new home on his own, we are really hoping for some kind-hearted, experienced cat family to adopt them together.
Check out Kazi’s bio to learn more about him.
Ned is about 8 months old as of May 1. Please come meet Ned and fall in love with his adorable little face and funny lighthearted personality. He is ready to meet his forever family.
Please submit our no-obligation Adoption Application for a meet and greet or to adopt at: https://forgottencats.org/adoption-application/. Thank you! (Foster: Laura K.)
