Somewhere this little ebony pocket-pitty learned to be cautious about giving her love away to just anyone. Fear holds back her love, but you can look into those eyes and see all of it waiting for you there. She can be initially shy, and will break your heart while serving a classic Princess Diana sidelong glance, and ever so cautiously, daintily, taking a treat from your hand. That's what earned her first nickname: Shy Di. At other times she goes by Twinkle Toes. Those teensy-tiny white toes adorable, and when she's in a sprightly backyard mood, she cannot help but leap and dance about.
It is Gigi though, a shortened version of "good girl," that she often responds to. We think it must be that she is past-life channeling an orphaned waif turned sleekly elegant Parisienne - it's the only likely explanation for such a classy little girl.
