My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Our resident Australian Kelpie mix Sofia may not have the same resume or accent as her namesake Sofia Vergara, but she will surely be just as much of a star! She's new to us from Tulare so is taking some time to warm up to the big city and all her new people friends. Come visit her at our adoption center and see if she might be a fit for you and your life.

More about this shelter

Founded in 1868, The SF SPCA is a community-supported nonprofit dedicated to saving, protecting and caring for cats and dogs. We do this through immediate care of animals that are homeless, ill or in need of an advocate, but we also work to educate the community, reduce the number of unwanted kittens and puppies through spaying/neutering, and improve the quality of life for animals and their companions.
