From the foster: Mr. 372 is a smart, curious, and high energy 4-month old dog. He really likes to be with people and other dogs. He was fostered with another 3-year old female cattle dog mix and they became instant friends, playing long games of chase. He really likes to run around - chasing his friend back and forth across the backyard until they are exhausted and ready for hours of napping. He is full of energy in the morning and sleepy in the afternoons. He's potty-trained, and he slept quietly in a crate all night with no complaints. He is initially cautious around new people, places, and objects, but he warms up after exploring everything around him. He is smart and food motivated, so he should be easy to train.

More about this rescue

Colorado Puppy Rescue is a 501(c)3 no-kill rescue for young puppies. We accept puppies from kill-shelters in southern CO, NM,TX, OK and KS. Most of our puppies are mixed mutts under 12 weeks old, some are as old as 6 months. We do not have a shelter. All of our puppies stay in foster homes so the only time they are available for adoption is at our adoption events. We average 20 puppies a week and update our website with available puppies Friday afternoons.
