Additional Needs:  He is special needs. He is 100% deaf, has very limited vision and his legs are deformed so he walks like he is drunk. The good news is that he can't ever run away!

What makes this dog special:  He is incredibly loving, he wants nothing more than to be with his person. His difficulty walking make him so endearing, and brings out the maternal instinct to care for him. He is deaf, so he can't hear if the mean little terrier in his foster home yells at him, so he's a happy boy. He would be perfect as a little purse dog, and he goes right to sleep in the car, so he can be taken anywhere.

Wilbur's adoption fee is $350. All fees include spay/neuter, microchip, vaccinations, worming, flea and heartworm current.
