My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kimmie was born on May 24, 2010. She is 9 weeks old and weighs 2 pounds. She is a spunky little girl who likes to romp and play. She can be a drama queen because she tends to squeel loudly if she thinks something might hurt her (like a larger dog that approaches too quickly). She can also make a bit of noise if she is trying to get your attention. As long as she's satisfied and happy, she is sweet as can be. She likes to snuggle around your neck. She is was the runt of the litter. Her mother was a chihuahua/pug/dachshund mix and was under 20 pounds. Kimmie looks a lot like her mother and will probably be around the 15 -20 pound range when grown.

Kimmie has had her first puppy shot. She will be due for a second puppy shot on July 27th. She will need a third one and a rabies vaccination on August 17th. Because Kimmie is not old enough to have her spay surgery while in our care, we ask that her adoptive family be willing to preschedule and prepay for her surgery prior to taking her home.

Kimmie's adoption fee is $250.
