Delilah is a 2 year old mystery mix. She was adopted from a rescue when she was 8 weeks old. Delilah is an incredibly sweet, smart, and loving dog, and would make a great addition to the right family. However, she does have behavioral issues that would need to be addressed by an experienced adopter.
She is skittish with new people, however, she will warm up to new people with time and patience. She also has separation anxiety and does not do well being left alone for long periods.
Delilah would do best in a home with no other animals or children, with an active family that can fit her high energy lifestyle. She will require backyard or fenced area to run around in.
Delilah unfortunately hasnt adapted well to apartment life with us and has begun fighting with our older dog. We feel she would have a better life with a loving family who has more time and space available to meet her needs.
