Hi there, I'm Betty Lou. If you're looking for a sweet, independent girl you've found her! I enjoy getting pets and I'm happy to see my foster mom and dad when they come home, but I also don't mind hanging out on my own and doing my own thing. I get along well with boy dogs; other girls, not so much. I can be shy around new people so I need a kind, patient furever person/s who will take time to get to know me and help me feel safe. I'm a quiet girl and only bark when I need to go potty or to alert my people about something. I'm very food motivated and will definitely come running if you have a treat for me! Visits with animals will not be setup until we have an approved application on file. All animals are in foster homes.

The Wichita Animal Action League, or WAAL, is an all-volunteer, licensed rescue and 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created in November 2013 to advocate for all abused, neglected and abandoned animals in the Wichita, Kansas area. WAAL is an action oriented group dedicated to rescuing animals in crisis.
