The Wichita Animal Action League, or WAAL, is an all-volunteer, licensed rescue and 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created in November 2013 to advocate for all abused, neglected and abandoned animals in the Wichita, Kansas area. WAAL is an action oriented group dedicated to rescuing animals in crisis. Services: Emergency rescue Foster/adoption Respond to abuse/neglect complaints Educate pet owners and donate supplies
Wichita and surrounding cities(Sedgwick, Butler, Reno, Sumner, etc., counties). We will consider out-of-state adoptions on a case by case basis but generally look to adopt within our own state.
