Bella is a senior Havenese mix looking for her dream home! Bella and two housemates, another dog and a cat, joined City of Elderly Love due to their previous owner entering hospice care. This sweet, happy little dog has been an easy addition to her foster home where she is living with other animals and children! She'll make a great addition to a lucky family.
Despite being around 14 years old, Bella looks and acts like a much younger dog. She loves to roll around in the grass, lay in the sun, and snooze on the couch. When she's not workin hard on relaxing, she loves to patrol the neighborhood from the window. Bella can be a bit vocal while outside or playing neighborhood watch. She's also super affectionate, absolutely loves to meet new people, and adores children! She lights up when she gets to spend time with the kids. Bella is currently living with other dogs and has lived with a cat in the past. She doesn't look to interact or play with them much but doesn't mind sharing her space with them. She'd be a great addition to families with other laid back dogs who won't be too in her face. Bella is house broken and crate trained, though does bark for a couple minutes before settling in. She has been caught up on veterinary care since coming to the rescue and is a healthy girl!
Bella is available for adoption through City of Elderly Love. She is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. Interested in adopting her? Visit cityofelderlylove.org to complete an online adoption questionnaire or email us at info@cityofelderlylove.org!
