My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

BUTTONS NEEDS A HOME NOW!!!   She is tormented by the cats in her temproary home.  We have no where else for her to go!  ADOPT TODAY!!  Sweet Buttons has been waiting her entire life for a home!   here is what her foster had to say about buttons:

My name is Buttons, and I’m a sweet, curious 1½-year-old tabby with a big heart and an even bigger appetite. I love to play with all kinds of toys, and Ilove to eat!  I can be a little shy when I first move into a new place, so I’ll need a few days to settle in. Please make sure I have a dark, quiet, cozy spot where I can feel safe.  I promise I’ll start exploring more and more once I’m comfortable. I’m not a huge fan of being picked up, but I adore pets and attention. I’ll rub against you, give you tail hugs, and keep you company throughout the day. Once I trust you, I’ll start napping beside you and eventually snuggle up close.

I get along wonderfully with other cats and would love a home with kind, playful energy. I don’t hiss, scratch, or bite.  I’m a gentle soul who just needs a little patience at first. I love having cat trees and shelves to climb, nap, and watch the world from, and I’m endlessly curious. The more interactive playtime, the better!

If you’d like to meet me, I’d love to say hi.  Maybe even over FaceTime first, so we can get to know each other at my pace.

Could I be the missing Button in your home? Once she is adopted, we can save another cat from the shelter, so ADOPT TODAY and save TWO LIVES!  Buttons came to us a singleton stray kitten about 6-8 weeks old.  She was very scared but loved being with other kittens so we put her with another litter.  They all got adopted and she was left by herself!  She is a wonderful cat who deserves a home!
