Hey there, I’m Doug, your future best friend! I’m a gentle ginger guy with a laid-back attitude and a heart full of love.
I’m super affectionate and nothing makes me happier than lying beside you while you shower me with pets and affection. I’ll purr contentedly and maybe even chat with you a bit! My favourite treats? Wet food and catnip toys! Hard to choose one because I love both... What I love most though is family. Human and feline - like my sister Randy. I’m "bonded" to Randy. We’ve been best friends since birth. Randy and I are both purr machines and are the sweetest pair of companions you could ever wish for! NOTE: Doug has diabetes that is well-managed by a dose of oral medication once a day. He takes his med with no issues because he is such a sweet, calm cat! He will need periodic veterinary checks to monitor and will remain on this med for life unless his family's veterinarian advises a change. He eats regular cat food (so can have the same as his sister Randy). An adoption counsellor will be happy to talk to you about all of this.

Thank you for giving two best friends a loving home together! Our adoption fee for an adult bonded pair is $150 per cat, versus our standard fee of $200 per adult cat.
