Thin Mints is an adorable 8-week old male kitten who was brought to the HSOV on May 3, 2024 by a Good Samaritan who found him on Dugan Road in the Belpre Ohio area a few days earlier along with his four siblings (Do-Si-Dos, Samoas, Tagalongs, and Trefoils) and her mother (Scout).
Thin Mints has a gray tabby short smooth coat, a long ringed tail, and an innocent kitten face with golden eyes, a gray velvet nose, and long white whiskers.
Since her kittens were fully weaned, Scout was separated from her babies when this little family was brought to our shelter and Scout enjoying some much-needed rest and relaxation.
This beautiful little guy had a sweet, rather shy, personality when he was separated from his siblings while he had his 'big boy' photos taken. He is quite a different kitten when he is with his siblings in the large cat tower that he is sharing with them. Thin Mints and his brother/sisters are very playful kittens and are usually seen snuggled up in a kitten pile for a group nap after engaging in silly kitten games.
Thin Mints was given vaccinations, wormer, and flea treatment on May 8, 2024. He weighed 1.7 lbs that day.
Thin Mints will be available for adoption as soon as he reaches the weight requirement for his neuter procedure and has been neutered. Naturally we'd love to see him find a home with one of his siblings .. Kittens really do better in pairs.
Rescue groups may contact our HSOV Feline Rescue Coordinator via email (sharonpaul2@suddenlink.net). We can usually help with transportation.
