Finnian was found by a good Samaritan, abandoned and tied to a fence on a hot day in a remote part of LA. He was clearly not taken care of, and fortunately the good Samaritan made their way to The REAL Bark. This very sweet 3 year old boy is in foster with other dogs, is great with them, and enjoys playful interactive time with both four legged and two legged foster family members. He is a little pup just about 14 lbs, and will do well in any safe environment. He may be a bit skittish of strange men at first so patience is always the key.
