Bub and Lil’ Sis are bonded twins who have always been together. They’re shy at first but warm up with time and treats. Independent by nature, they keep each other entertained by playing and napping together and will come to you when they want affection. They enjoy relaxing by a window and watching the world go by, and they love to chirp at their people. They thrive in a quiet, calm home. They’ve done okay with friendly dogs and could adapt to an easygoing, friendly cat, though they haven’t been around many other cats. Bub and Lil’ Sis would be a great match for a senior looking for companionship and gentle entertainment. They’re very food-motivated, so continuing a weight management or diet plan is important. With their thick coats, regular brushing is needed to help prevent hairballs.

All pet adoptions are subject to approval by SPCA staff.
An adoption application must be completed, followed by a screening and interview/counseling process. Adoption requirements are listed on the application.
We perform a fence check for most dogs and a vet check for all current pets. All current pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations.
