My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Harry is a wonderful pup that was found wandering in the Galveston community. He has adjusted to the routine of his fosters home easily, is potty trained, leash trained, and absolutely loves riding in the car.

He knows some simple commands, sit/down/come and working on learning others. He has done well when walked in the park with the distraction of a lot of people and their dogs, and he handled it very well. Harry is playful, loyal, has a very sweet disposition, loves pets & cuddles, and being near his people.

TGPR is a 501.c.3 organization dedicated to the protection and rescue of Great Pyrenees in Texas and surrounding areas.

TGPR helps Great Pyrenees that are considered at-risk for physical/mental injury, cruelty and abandonment and that may be subject to euthanasia and inhumane treatment.

We have Great Pyrenees of all different ages. We want to find just the right Pyr for you. We also adopt out of state, so don't hesitate if you aren't in Texas!
