At six years of age, Marley has already experienced a lifetime of ups and downs. He went missing in July 2019, but was found in June 2024, five years later. He had been found and kept by a gentleman but he passed unexpectedly. When animal control scanned his microchip, they notified us and he's been waiting since. We'd prefer that he have a fenced in yard due to the odyssey he went through but we are not married to fencing.
His loving and affectionate nature never changed but he was no longer social with other dogs. Marley finds himself surrounded by other dogs that upset him with their barking. He loves walks, hikes, car rides, chewing toys and bones like a normal dog. He adores kids age 5+ and they're his jam. He's great with people and always respectful. He's clean, and house trained. The only thing that has prevented Marley from finding his forever home, is the fact that he doesn't like other animals.
