Newt was born outside and lived In a parking lot for the first 5 months of his life. He had a feeder that visited daily to feed all the cats living in the colony but the feeder was moving away. That's where we came in. Newt was relocated to our rescue to find his forever. He didn’t acclimate well when he arrived and he hid and stopped eating and drinking. He quickly lost weight and needed medical intervention. He’s recovered and we realize that this boy is so sweet and soft and he just couldn’t handle living with 30 other cats at the rescue. It was much to intimidating for him. He is about as gentle and loving as they come and is going to make a family very lucky.
