Aurora was rescued from a kill shelter in Bakersfield, CA. She was very scared, quickly losing weight, and on the kill list. Since being rescued, she’s learning to love life again. She loves to run (and she’s fast!). She plays well with her Lab house mate. She loves to roll on her back, belly rubs, chew toys, roam the property, and she loves love!
She is a very mild-mannered and well-behaved dog, but is experiencing separation anxiety when left alone. She does however do well crated - especially with a bone or chew toy. She’s house trained and does well on a leash. She also does well off-leash in private areas. She just needs someone who will give her love and attention, and a secure yard. She will train very well.
