Whiskey and Millicent were adopted from All About Cats into a loving home within the past two years as separate adoptions, brought together to be bonded companions in the same home. The two beloved cats were living happily with their devoted mom when tragedy struck — she passed away following a car accident. In the difficult days that followed, the family let the cats outside to survive with other community cats.
Fortunately, a caring friend of their mom refused to let them be forgotten. She knew the cats had originally come from a rescue, although she wasn’t sure which one. She reached out to several local rescues, hoping someone might recognize them. When she contacted us, we immediately knew who they were and responded.
We made two trips to Augusta, GA to reclaim this sweet duo, and they’ve been happily indoors ever since. Millicent recently celebrated her 2nd birthday, and on her birthday, she and Whiskey were reunited.
They love to snuggle, get lots of pets and lap sits from humans, bird and squirrel watch from the window, play with da bee, and head bump each other and their humans. Help us find the purrfect purrever home for this loving pair!
