Our adoption process begins with an adoption application. We require a reference check, vet check, and home check. Adoption fees range from $100-$325 depending on the pet. Meet-and-greets can be set up by appointment with the foster home. Our puppies and kittens are not adopted until they are spayed/neutered at the age of 12 weeks. The mixes listed on this site are our best guess - no breed is guaranteed as we do not know the history of these rescue pets.

A Little R & R is happy to join the animal-loving community to help make a difference in the lives of pets both locally and internationally. The ultimate goal of A Little R & R is to have a facility to offer sanctuary to those pets that have been forgotten - perhaps less adoptable, not as cute, getting older, passed around too many homes - they will find peace with us. While we work towards this goal, A Little R & R is operating as a small foster-network rescue with the ability to pull pets from high-kill shelters, foster, and adopt to verified individuals. Creating a foster network, rescuing, and adoptions will always be part of A Little R & R's mission.
