It is our goal here at 4 Dogs Farm Rescue to make sure that each dog we place is in their perfect environment and completely compatible with their new family. This ensures that they never find themselves seeking a loving home again. 1. Be at least 21 years old, we occasionally make exceptions for younger, rock solid applicants. 2. Fill out our application and email it to 4dogsfarmrescue@gmail.com. After we receive it, we'll contact you by phone or email with feedback within 1 week 3. Be Interviewed by one of our Reps 4. Agree to a Home Check 5. Pay an Adoption Donation Fee 6. Sign a Legally Binding Adoption Contract 7. Arrange to take your new furry friend home and spend your life with your new furever friend! Our mission is to find dogs their forever families. This usually begins by taking in shelter dogs who have run out of time or dogs surrendered by their owners. After they come in to our rescue, our top priority is to get them as healthy as they can possibly be. Occasionally, we get dogs that end up in our hospice care program. For them, we find them a loving family to live out their final days with. For the others who are healthy, our goal is the same, to find them their perfect forever homes. This may include training and rehabilitation in the process. We offer follow up training to adopters and do everything we can to make a perfect match for both people and canine.
