My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Carnita!

Carnita is a sweet and loyal three-year-old Lab mix weighing in at 31 pounds. She came to us from Bayou Animal Shelter and has been part of Lifeline’s family since June of last year. Now, she’s ready to find a loving home of her own.

Carnita can be a little cautious around new people, but once she feels comfortable, she’s incredibly cuddly and devoted. She enjoys going on walks and is making great progress with her leash training.

Carnita would do well in a smaller home or one with a backyard where she can play and burn off some energy. She doesn’t need much, just a patient, understanding family and plenty of love.

Let’s help Carnita find her perfect forever home!
