Hi! I'm Shino! Since you're reading this, you're obviously looking for a new best friend-and, hey, so am I! I'm a 6 yr old Akita. Neutered and up to date on all that wellness stuff. I was adopted by a family 4 years ago, but they had to give me up when they couldn't care for me any longer. Loosing my home has been rough, so I'm looking for a new one! How about yours?
You probably want to know more about me. Hmmm...I am a big cuddly guy with a big heart. I am a pretty typical akita: loyal, loving, and playful with my family but aloof with strangers. I missed out on some vital socializing with my last family, so I prefer to be the only kid in the house (both human and dog). My last human was female, so I am partial to them. But I will warm up to men with a little patience. A home that speaks Akita is preferred (aka akita breed experience).
If you want to meet up act fast! My fabulous cuddle skills won't stick around long.
Adoption fee will be waived for enrollment in obedience training.
Adoption process requires: completed application, meet ups to ensure compatibility, and a home visit.
