Stewart is a laid-back sweetheart with a heart as big as his purrs. Rescued from a difficult situation in April 2023 along with his siblings, Stewart has come a long way—and now he’s ready to find a forever home where he can relax, play, and love without worry.

This charming boy has a goofy side that shines when he’s playing with his brothers, and he’s never one to turn down a good cuddle session. Stewart would do best in a home with one of his bonded brothers—especially his buddy Chango—so they can continue their journey together in a safe and loving environment.

Stewart is ready to be your gentle companion and make your home just a little more magical.

Submit Application

Once you submit an application, one of our dedicated adoption volunteer coordinators will contact you.

2.
Meet the Pet

Some of our kitties are in foster homes and about 40 are at our shelter. So be patient! We may have to schedule a visit at a foster home.

3.
Approve Application

The volunteer adoption coordinator will call your veterinary reference and your personal references. Video home visit too!

At any given time, Ferndale Cat Shelter has at least 150-250 cats and kittens in our care. Most of those kitties are in foster homes while 40-50 may be at our shelter. We love to make the purrfect match for you so you and your kitty will live long and healthy lives together.
