Nova joined us on December 4, 2024, and from the moment she arrived, she’s been full of love. Sadly, she often gets overlooked because of her breed—but anyone who meets her knows she’s a true gem.
At 8 years old, Nova is a senior who just wants the simple things: cuddles on the couch, a cozy spot to nap, and maybe a movie night or two with her forever family. She walks beautifully on a leash, is incredibly treat-motivated, and will happily stay by your side once she knows you’ve got snacks.
Nova does get excited around other dogs, and because her previous family said she didn’t always get along with them, she’ll need a meet and greet before making new doggy friends. She would do best with calm, easygoing companions—if any.
She may have a few skin tags and fatty lumps, but those are just tiny imperfections on her otherwise beautiful body. What Nova really wants is a home where she can be showered with love, cuddles, and comfort for the rest of her golden years.
