Our little lady is doing fantastic in foster care and is quiet the little fireball. Don't let her size fool you, she thinks she is the biggest cat there is, and her foster siblings love her spunk. Lori speaks with her tail! It is something truly unique not observed in dozens and dozens of kitties. Up down left right, swish and curl, she can do it all, and very quickly, in order to tell you how happy she is that you pet her, that she is hungry for that can of food you are opening, and every little moment in between. Lori's favorite place is still the bed, and she can spend hours alone from humans or other cats with no problem. She requires very little space and only a few catnip toys to entertain herself for hours. Lori does love to scratch and dance on her toes when she is happy. A good scratch mat and scratching post are a must. In her foster home she was trained to scratch on a specific rug and any carpet on the many posts. Since learning these things were ok to scratch any time she pleases, she does not care to scratch anywhere else.
