Here's what the humans have to say about me:
🐾 Meet Morris! 🐾
Morris is a big, handsome guy with an even bigger purr. He is very, very sweet, lovingly vocal, and absolutely adores pets, especially when paired with his favorite scratching post. He has no experience with other animals, so a very slow and careful introduction is important for his comfort and success. An adult only home is preferred, where he can enjoy a calm, predictable environment. Morris is a little on the chunky side and would benefit from some gentle weight loss with playtime, healthy portions, enrichment and lots of love along the way. He’s ready to be your loyal companion, cheering you on with happy meows and endless affection. Come meet sweet ol’ Morris and fall in love! 💙

The first step in our adoption process is to submit an adopter profile through our website. We then encourage you to visit PARL at 34 Elbow Street and get to know the animals we have available. You do not need an appointment, and we invite you to visit us often. PARL’s goal is to assist you in finding your best match for a lifelong companion.
When you arrive, you’ll sign PARL’s visitor log, and staff will direct you to PARL’s cat rooms, small animal spaces, or dog kennels (depending on your preference.) We encourage you to spend time outside with the dogs, or petting our cats and small animals. Please ask questions -- that's why we're here.
If you don't find what you are looking for the first time, please come see us again! Chances are that we will have some new furry friends available for adoption, and one of them might be purr-fect for you!
