Here's what the humans have to say about me:
👻 Meet Ghost!
Ghost is a handsome boy with a striking white coat and adorably crossed ears. He’s a year and a half old and full of love — once he trusts you.
Let’s be real: Ghost isn’t the kind of dog who wins everyone over at first glance. He gets anxious around strangers and doesn’t always know how to react, which can make initial meetings tricky. Because of this, he’s often been overlooked — but once he feels safe, the sweet, affectionate dog underneath shines through. He adores his fosters and loves attention, pets, and snuggles on your lap. ❤️
Ghost is smart and already knows “sit,” “stay,” “come,” “off,” “down,” and “drop it,” though excitement can affect his focus. He walks well on a leash, enjoys games of fetch and chase, and is motivated by treats and toys. He’s friendly with other dogs, though a bit hesitant and sometimes submissive at first. He does have a few quirks — he’s working on eating poop, can resource guard toys or food with other dogs, and loves to enthusiastically “kiss” other pups.
His ideal home would be calm and patient, with limited visitors at first. Ghost would thrive in an adult-only home where he can feel safe and build trust at his own pace. Once bonded, he’s loyal, protective, and endlessly affectionate.
If you’re ready to give Ghost that first day of trust (and a little patience beyond), you’ll discover a loyal, loving companion and a diamond in the rough.

More about this rescue
Southern Nevada Animal Rescue League (SNARL) exists to provide a better life for adoptable homeless, abandoned, or abused animals. We aim to assist in the effort of limiting the overpopulation of these animals as well as educate the public against breed or size discrimination. There is no such thing as a “bad breed”, only bad humans. Our mission is to make sure all of the animals we rescue are placed in loving, safe, and viable fur-ever homes.
