My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Our adoption process can be found on our website here: www.mnpocketpetrescue.org/process

Estimated birth date: 12/14/2020

Personality: Curious, Energetic, Friendly toward humans, Friendly toward other animals, Funny, Hesitant, Playful, Smart, Sweet, Very shy (you are unable to touch this animal without it running away or being fearful, etc)

Favorite treats: Cucumbers & Carrots

Current Diet: Oxbow Essentials Adult Guinea Pig Food, Fruit, Veggies, Leafy Greens, Western Timothy & Orchard Mix, Western Timothy Hay

Favorite toys and activities: Tiffany likes to eat and drink her fresh filtered water all day and chew on a variety of toys. She likes to stretch out and relax while watching me do activities. She likes to follow her sister around very closely and chase her sometimes, and try to take her treats. She will jump on and cuddle next to the cat when her foster puts her on his condo. She comes up front to her cage to look at and sniff the dog for a few minutes.

Potty trained: No.

This animal’s daily routine: As soon as she sees her foster in the morning, she gets very vocal. She will stand against the cage; Her foster pets her nose and gives her fresh food, water, and veggies. Some treats and a different veggie at lunch and dinner. She is talked to very often, and she loves her cage cleaned/touched up daily. She gets out of cage time in a playpen, etc, or holding for a few minutes.

BFF: Tiffany & Madonna are a bonded and must be adopted together.

Other species this pet has been exposed to and reaction: Tiffany has been around cats, dog, rabbits and other pocket pets. They all just sniff each other, no reaction.

Has this animal been exposed to children? What was their reaction? None

Health concerns: None

Behavioral concerns: Still very shy, running away when approached to be held only but she will come up to you and sniff you. She comes up when called and she will take treats/food from the hand. She is very chill once you pick her up and cuddle her.

Other notes:

Tiffany & Madonna came back to MNPPR after their adopters where unable to afford to continue care.

Due to our rescue being foster-based, not all foster homes are located in Saint Paul, MN. This animal's foster parent prefers to meet at the Eagan PetSmart - 1297 Promenade Pl, Eagan, MN 55121 for meet & greets, & adoptions.

Fee: Madonna & Tiffany have a combined adoption fee of $30

We absolutely DO NOT SHIP ANIMALS! Please do not ask.

Portions of her care are being sponsored by Brynn Brons and Rhonda Sievers. If you would like to donate to provide veterinary care, food, bedding, and enrichment for Tiffany or other pocket pets in the care of MNPPR, please visit https://www.mnpocketpetrescue.org/sponsor-a-pocket-pet for more information.
