My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

A gentle soul looking for his true forever 💛

Skips has been through more than most cats his age, but he’s still trying his hardest to trust and to love. After coming back to us a bit more fragile, he’s slowly showing his brave little heart again.

He came from a challenging situation where he spent months in a cage with very little human interaction, but even with that past, Skips wants connection. He watches other cats, follows their lead, and gains confidence from their calm, friendly energy.

Skips is looking for a quiet, patient forever home with one or more confident, kind kitty friends who can show him the world is safe. With the right feline companions and gentle humans, he will blossom into the sweet, loyal boy we know he is.

If you have room in your home, and your heart, for a tender spirit who just needs a soft place to land, Skips is waiting. 💛

More about this rescue

The Community Cat Support Network seeks to provide support for community cat colonies, their caretakers, and other cat rescue organizations by advocating, supporting, and promoting trap-neuter-return (TNR), as well as by sharing and distributing cat care supplies and resources. While the Community Cat Support Network focuses on TNR, we know that adoptable kitties are a byproduct of that work and we hope you can help us get those kitties into a loving home!
