I received Jasper from a local animal shelter. We have had him for 2 years or so and he’s been with my mom for most of the time. I used to live with him and he was a great dog when I got him and brought him home. It turns out though that he’s afraid of men because he used to abused before I got him. He was always scared of me and clung to my mom for safety, he loves women but has a hard time getting used to men. You have to be gentle with him because of his past and he just needs a quite loving environment. He gets along with my other 2 dogs very well and is a very loving dog. He has a great personality and will be your best friend you just need to be gentle with him and remember he has been through who knows what when he was a puppy. It’s just been hard on my mom to take care of three dogs and I would take him but he just doesn’t get along with men like I said. He’s a sweet boy absolutely, please give him a chance and give him the love he deserves, he’s way too precious.
