Additional info:
Sweet Zipper has found his way back to DWB. He was missing fur, itchy, and had lots of knots. Then the poor boy had a neck injury. During the time of his vet visit we learned he has a heart murmur and the start of cataracts. He also just received a dental thanks to DWB. Zipper also will need regular allergy shots, medicated baths for his skin, and food free from additives.
This sweet boy deserves to find his forever home. He is a dog that likes to do things on his terms. If he wants to cuddle, he will climb on you; if he wants to be left alone, he will go lay down away from you. On walks he likes to say hi to everyone, but they have to move slow and let him come to them. Zipper likes to be in the presence of other dogs but after about 20 minutes he has had enough and wants to go home to decompress.
He is fully potty trained and lets you know when he needs to go out. He also lets you know when he is hungry or there is no more water in his bowl. Zipper loves short periods of play time playing fetch. He also does not mind being left in the crate when you are gone and in-fact enjoys it. Zipper likes a quiet home so no kids or other dogs. He also prefers female humans. His foster mom has also noticed he is not a fan of big trucks, bikes, or anything that’s really loud and moves fast especially when on his walks. This guy has been failed too many times. Give him a home, a real home, forever! You won't regret it!
