Ivan is a 5 year old Maine Coon Russian Blue male who is known for his affection. He is true to his breeds’ natures and is extremely social, playful, talkative, and a tad mischievous. Ivan has played gently with our son from newborn to age 3, and his best friend is our 11 year old female pug. He has gets along with other cats and has been exposed but kept his distance with other dogs. Given the dog's nature I believe Ivan would get along well!
Ivan needs a home able to take care of his medical needs. Health issues include chronic diarrhea, UTIs and occasional misuse of litter box. Ivan has been on anti anxiety medication in the past and receives antibiotics and pain medicine when his UTIs recur. He is not good with vet visits, and needs sedation with routine interventions such as immunizations.
Ivan is a true lap cat and loves to cuddle. He enjoys basking in the sun and perching on his cat tree. We would love to send him to a home he can thrive in!
