Aizen dreams of having a yard of his own to explore. He has a couple of short zoomies at first, but once those are out of his system he`s happy to just stroll around and take in all the scents — he’s quite the nose detective! Aizen enjoys affection and will happily soak up some pets but he’s also perfectly happy to do his own thing. He’s got an independent streak that makes him a very easygoing companion who doesn’t demand constant attention.
This smart boy is fully potty trained and even learned to ring a bell in his previous foster home when he wanted to go outside - how’s that for impressive? He was a perfect houseguest too, causing no messes or trouble. He’s not too interested in toys, but he`s a pro at sitting on command for a treat! With his manners and quiet independence and quiet independence he`s going to make someone the perfect low maintenance best friend!

Our kennel hours are Monday-Friday 10 am to 4 pm and Wednesday also from 5 pm to 7 pm. We are open Saturday from 11 am to 3 pm and closed on Sunday.

We are an open admission, municipal shelter serving the unincorporated area of Fort Bend County, TX.
We are the county's rabies control authority as well as being their animal shelter. On average, we take in approximately 4,000-5,000 pets per year.
The staff at FBCAS is small but each and every one of us is dedicated to making the stay of the pets in our care as comfortable as possible. Our hearts are in this and with every pet that crosses our threshold.
We are part of the amazing Fort Bend County community and we are always striving to work with our community people and partners to make our shelter the best it can be.
We can always use new volunteers to help us keep our pets happy and healthy while they wait for their forever home.
