Temperament: MC aka Mister Cat is the sweetest little boy you’ll ever meet! If you enjoy a cat that loves being your shadow and watches you all day like you’re a tv show, this “diabetic diva” is for you!
Greetings, my name is Mister Cat. You can call me MC. You'd never know it from how handsome I look in my profile pic, but when I first came to Good Home I was severely diabetic and in a state of ketoacidosis. But the nice humans at the vet helped me get stabilized and on the right meds, and I’m feeling much better now!
Since I was uncomfortable for so long, it took some time for me to warm up to my foster human. But they were so patient with me and I’m feeling so much better – I’m really leaning into being the main character in my story! I LOVE attention. I like to start the morning with a chat and some meows then maybe a nap cuddled next to you on the couch. Once I feel comfortable with you, I’m down for almost anything. I like pats, playtime, being held, and I’ll even let you pet my pretty, white belly! I’ve even been known to wear an outfit that my foster human makes for me. In clothes or au natural, I look GOOD and I know it.
I love to play and could do well with another cat who matches my big main character energy. I’m a sweet boy but I can play hard! Not to brag, but I’m a natural athlete.
I also LOVE food (mostly because of my diabetes). If you don’t feed me on time I will REMIND YOU until you do. Sometimes if my meds need adjusting I can get a little food obsessed, but when that’s under control I’m good. I’ve also been able to calm down with multiple small meals and a careful feeding schedule. If I live with other cats, I should probably eat separately – I don’t want anyone else eating my food!
I’m an affectionate, energetic, boy with a zest for living. I’d love to share your life with you!
