At Twice Purrfect we believe that it’s the cat that picks the people, not the other way around. We strive to match our cats with the purrfect family so that both adopters and adoptees have the best possible chance at long term success and bonding.
We do in-home visits for all adoptions. In very limited circumstances, we may offer to do initial visits in foster homes, however this would be followed by a home visit to their potential home before adoptions are finalized.

Adoption steps
- Submit Application
- Be as detailed as possible as your responses help us determine which fur-ever companion will be best
- Interview
- Reach out to us via email or text, reference your application, and share additional information on your household
- Meet the Pet
- We'll schedule a time to come see you, or maybe you come see us. It's time to meet your potential new family member.
- Home Check
- We'll schedule a time to come see you.
- Approve Application
- We need to compile all the paperwork for our records, and yours, as required by PACFA.
- Pay Fee
- This partially covers the care your car received to get to you including spay/neuter and vaccinations.
- Take the Pet Home
- your new family member won't just be dropped at your door. They'll arrive in style with all of the previously mentioned paperwork.

Twice Purrfect consists of 100% volunteer fosters who house our cats and treat them like their own. It is our goal to make the transition from shelter to forever home as smooth as possible for both the cat and their new family. We do our best to match an animal with their forever home based on the compatibility between the animal and their new home.
