My name is Isla!

Isla is a beautiful orange tabby who came from a bad situation. She was brought to the Rescue with her two-week old kitten and has finished her mothering phase. She's now ready for the pampered princess phase of her life! Isla wasn't in a home that gave her lots of experiences so she had to learn what it was like to be safe, have regular meals, and have a human to care for her. Isla has lived with cats and dogs and kids, but she may need an adjustment period to feel comfortable and is sensitive to loud noises.

Her favorite toy is a mouse that hangs from the cat tree. She will play-attack it with great enthusiasm! She loves to play chase with her bestie, Mallory and would do well with a furry friend in the home. When she's not playing, she loves to lounge on the top of her cat tree watching over the household. This friendly girl also loves attention, ear rubs, and belly rubs. She does have some fur loss due to previous lack of care, and it looks like some of that may be permanent. But don't let that you deter you- she is a beautiful lady inside and out and would love to find a loving home of her own. Will you be the new family she longs for and show her all the nice things in life? Sweet Isla is about four years old.
