Calling all BIG DOG LOVERS! Tilly is a Great Pyrenees and although she is nearly 65lbs, she is only a puppy around 8 months old. Tilly is a very loving dog with children, other big dogs & adults. She loves to explore the backyard, walks well on a leash, and is curious of her surroundings. She is spayed, loves to eat, is obedient with treats, plus she enjoys all kinds of chewy toys (especially those with treats inside!). She sleeps through the night, does well in the car, is working on crate training and is nearly house trained.
A breed characteristic is her acute environmental awareness so she does alert you with barking when she’s unsure of sounds, people, or is startled. Once she’s reassured she will settle again. Tilly is fearful of loud noises (thunder, cars backfiring, sirens, and gun shots) so she needs to be brought inside during storms and comforted. She has gotten used to our household noises in just a weeks time, so she is relaxing much more now than on her first day with us.
This beautifully fluffy love bug will be a wonderful addition to a household that is willing to continue her puppy obedience training and show her the patience needed to grow into the best family member🐾❤️
